The world of dog training is always evolving and Ally loves to soak it all up!
Ally started Onward Bound in 2013 offering private in home dog training. She soon accepted a position at a West Bend dog training facility teaching tricks and agility classes. Ally shares her life with her three dogs; Marvel, Nitro, and Stark. They spend their weekends training and competing in agility, obedience, and rally.
Ally started the first in the area drop off dog training day school in March of 2021. It is the culmination of years of honing the craft of training dogs and coaching people, her two great passions.
Courtney Hansen- Head Trainer
Courtney has been working with dogs for most of her adult life. She works as a groomer, dog handler, and assistant manager at Wags and Barks Doggy Day care. She started taking classes with Ally in early 2016 when she added Ritz to her home. Courtney showed great enthusiasm, dedication, and talent for training with her own dog and often came to observe classes.
In January of 2018 Ally asked Courtney if she had any interest in assisting in group classes and starting to train to join the team at Onward Bound. She is furthering her education through classes, seminars, and working as Ally's apprentice. You will see Courtney at group classes and occasionally sitting in on private lessons.
Courtney joined the team full time in March of 2021 as the head dog training instructor at Onward Bound's Day School Academy.
